Dental Insurance
Lake Superior Dental accepts many major dental insurance plans, and we work with our patients to help them navigate the sometimes tricky nature of pre-estimates and dental claims. We’re also proud to have an insurance team available to support our patients and assist with questions at any stage of the process. We will always do our best to provide you with an estimate for your care based on what your insurance policy provides to us.
Don’t have insurance? Don’t worry! We offer a day-of discount for cash payments at the time of service, and we have developed our own Oral Health Savings plan to help make paying for dental care easier for those without dental insurance.

Oral Health Plans
At Lake Superior Dental, we provide quality services in an affordable package to give you the best oral health possible.
Standard Hygiene Plan
Adult plan for those ages 14 and older*
Child plan for those ages 13 and under*
Periodontal Maintenance Plan
3 maintenance visits/year**
Annual Fees include
* New patients will receive an initial exam and one periodontal oral evaluation at the same price.
** If your initial exam results in a Periodontal Disease diagnosis and you commit to this program up front, you will also receive a discount on periodontal scaling and/or debridement (15% off if you pay with cash, 10% off if you pay with a credit card).
Care Credit
Do you need finance options? A Care Credit plan may be just the thing. Please ask us about how we can work with you on a plan to fit your oral health into your budget.
